• Prices of items are subject to change as per the availability of ingredients and customer demand at that time.
• Main dishes are packed in 24 oz plastic containers.
• For all composite dishes (eg: dhandaar patio / dhansakh / khichdi kadhi etc), the rice and gravies are packed in separate containers.
• Desserts, achaars, chutneys, curry-pastes are packed in 17 oz plastic containers.
• Almost all dishes are available with vegetarian options.
• All chicken and fish dishes are made with halal, skinless, boneless chicken/fish.
• All mutton dishes are made with on-the-bone, halal goat meat.
• You can request for items outside the Menu too and I will try to comply.
• Please mention any allergy issues, spice level required, sugar level required etc at the time of placing the order.
• All items are prepared fresh and are customized to the client’s requirements. So please allow sufficient time for sourcing, preparing, freezing, packaging, mailing and delivery.
• Once your food parcel is mailed out and the Tracking Number is provided, please check your email/WhatsApp/Messenger regularly for parcel delivery notifications, especially on the Day of Delivery.
• Since March 2020, due to Covid-related issues, no carrier is giving guarantees on delay/damage/loss of parcels.
