Important information
- Each dish is prepared fresh, packed in a 25oz plastic container , weight-proportioned for 1 lb or more and vacuum-sealed. They are frozen for Mailorders or refrigerated for Pickup orders. Certain dry items can be foil-wrapped and vacuum-sealed to optimise shipping box space if required.
- Desserts, achars, chutneys, and curry pastes are packed in flat , 17oz containers
- Gift parcels can be made for any occasion, customized to your budget / requirement, to be mailed anywhere within USA
- Large pickup/party orders can be provided in foil catering trays for easy warming.
- For Mailorders, the containers are then packed into a Medium/Large shipping box with gel packs and insulation. So while finalising your order, please choose your dishes accordingly (either 4 dishes or 8 dishes). Please keep in mind all rice dishes need 2 containers (1 for rice and 1 for the gravy).
- The shipping boxes are mailed out across the USA, via UPS/Fedex/USPS, whichever offers the quickest, most economical delivery, for that zipcode. Parcels can also be Express mailed at the clientâs request.
- The Tracking number is sent to the client/recipient.
- P&S rates can change without notice, as per market rates of carriers and packaging materials.
